Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being filled in by a person, and this does not use cookies either.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, analytics and the contact form’s spam check), HubSpot (our contact form and contact records) and Google (email and file storage). We may also share data with our professional advisers, or where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under safeguards recognised by UK law.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and business contacts: 3 years from our last contact.
  • Contract and financial records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.

If you opt out of our emails, we keep your email address only so that we do not contact you again.
